TMA: broadband reflective optics

TMA (three mirror anastigmat) assemblies

  • Broadband and appropriate for a wide wavelength range covering UV through long-wave infrared (LWIR)
  • Low aberrations over a wide field of view
  • No obscuration (higher MTF and higher image irradiance for a given f/# compared to a two-mirror telescope)
  • Compact (utilizing folding geometry).
  • Flight tested with airborne hyperspectral imaging systems
  • Focal length options: f = 20 mm, 60 mm, and 120 mm
  • Additional focal lengths and custom configurations available
HyperScanVNIR-micro with f = 20 mm TMA
